Banning Ipods..

Who & What?
Many high school principals and teachers suspect ipods are a new way for students to cheat on their tests and quizzes.

When & Where?
Students are learning how to put the answers to their tests on their ipods. They are sneaking them out during their tests to look up the answers or listen to them.

Why?
Since most schools don't allow students to use their cell phones in class, they have learned ways to put answers on their ipods,

Agree or Disagree?
I do wish ipods were allowed during parts on the school day. Since students use them as a cheating devices, I think the teachers should take them up when they are giving out a test or quiz. I do feel it is wrong for some students to use them to find answers. Cheating is wrong no matter what. I also believe students should be able to use them when they have finished all their work. During study hall is also a time ipods should be able to be used. Students can concentrate better by blocking out all the surrounding sounds.

  1. I agree. I think ipods should be able to be used during parts of the school day, like during lunch or study hall, as long as they weren't affecting school work.

  2. I agree. I'm sure people would talk less if they were listening to Ipods thus making classes much more quiet and fun.
